Kathmandu, March 31: Newly appointed Minister for Labour, Employment, and Social Security, Sharat Singh Bhandari, has vowed to make his ministry a reputed institution. Minister Bhandari said it while assuming office at Singha Durbar today.
Creation of jobs within the country and making foreign employment dignified and well-managed was his priority, he said, adding that the ministry will be run in a way that contributes to national prosperity.
According to him, all activities in the ministry will be reviewed. The newly appointed Minister further stressed on encouraging skilled human resources for foreign employment.
Minister Bhandari decided to form a task force to make effective the activities of organizations providing orientation to the workers. (RSS)
