COVID-19 update: 16 new cases, active caseload climbs to 42

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Mar. 26: As many as 16 new cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in the last 24 hours across the country.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP), with today's new cases, active COVID caseload in the country has reached 42.

Two persons recovered from the infection in the last 24 hours.

All the new cases were detected through the RT-PCR test of 279 persons.

Although antigen of 642 was taken for test, no one was found positive for the virus.

Lately COVID-19 cases have resurfaced and surged in the country.
