By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Mar. 26: Insignia has been conferred to newly appointed Inspector General of the Nepal Police Basanta Bahadur Kunwar.
IGP Kunwar has been decorated by the insignia on Sunday amid a programme organised at the Ministry of Home Affairs.
A cabinet meeting on Friday had decided to promote AIG Kunwar to the IGP.
Kunwar became the 30th IG of the Nepal Police.
