Agitation against naming Koshi Province worthless: Chair Oli

Jhapa, March 24 : CPN (UML) Chairperson KP Sharma Oli has urged one and all not to make unnecessary dispute on the issue of naming Province 1 as Koshi Province.     

Inaugurating the Mission Grassroots Campaign organised by CPN (UML), Jhapa at Birtamod on Friday, Chair Oli, also the former Prime Minister, clarified that there was no basis to make unnecessary dispute regarding the name of the province.     

"Naming of the Province 1 as Koshi Province was appropriate. No one should have objection to it", he shared.     

Chair Oli further said there was no other civilization before environment, river and nature, saying it was worthless to launch agitation against the naming of the province. (RSS)
