NC CWEC meeting today

By A Staff Reporter,Kathmandu, Mar. 19The Nepali Congress (NC) has called its Central Work Execution Committee (CWEC) meeting for Sunday.

The meeting is likely to decide whether to support Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ on Monday’s vote of confidence and join the government.

NC chief secretary Krishna Prasad Paudel on Saturday said in a statement that the meeting would be held in the Shankar Hall of the Parliament Building, New Baneshwor.  

After the meeting, the party is due to hold its Parliamentary Party meeting on the same day.

NC leaders have already been told that the party would sit in the ruling chair in the Parliament after March 19.

NC general secretary Gagan Thapa had said the party would sit in the ruling bench after March 19. 

Office-bearers and members of the Committee have been requested to attend the meeting.
