Kathmandu, March 13: Ram Sahaya Prasad Yadav, the vice-presidential candidate, on Monday met with former Prime Minister and CPN (Unified Socialist) Chair Madhav Kumar Nepal and sought vote for the election to the post of the VP.
Yadav visited
Nepal as the latter's residence in Koteswar to seek a vote. Member of Parliament (MP)
Pradip Kumar Yadav was also present on the occasion. "We sought vote (for
vice-presidential election) after meeting with CPN (US) Chair Nepal. We are
also going to seek a vote from the Prime Minister now," MP Yadav said.
The
vice-presidential candidate Yadav is scheduled to meet leaders of other
political parties and MPs today. Vice-presidential candidate Yadav has said
that he would get support from all ruling parties since he was the common
candidate representing the alliance. (RSS)
