Five killed, 19 injured in Phikkal bus accident
Kamalamai (Sindhuli), March 12: Five people died on the spot when a bus met an accident along the Mid-hills Highway at Kuibhirdanda, Phikkal Rural Municipality-4 this morning.
The bus (Ba 2 Kha 6596) was heading
towards Kathmandu from Okhaldhunga. The cause of the accident is said to be
brake failure.
19 people sustained injuries
and they have been taken to the hospital at Khurkot, the District Police Office,
Sindhuli said. Detailed information on the accident is awaited. (RSS)
