Running jeep catches fire in Okhaldhunga
By Sher Bahadur Rai, Okhaldhunga, Mar. 10: A Tata Sumo jeep carrying passengers caught fire all of a sudden which perished the vehicle in Okhaldhunga.
The jeep having registration number Na 1 Ja 8883 caught fire while it was heading towards Solukhumbu from Kathmandu.
Police Inspector of District Police Office Okhaldhunga Debendra Das informed that a running jeet caught fire near Hilepani of Manebhanjyang-7 of the Siddhicharan highway.
Inspector Das added that there were no human casualties. A total of nine passengers were on board.
The District Police Office said that an inspection is underway regarding the incident.
