Voting for President concludes: 313 Federal Parliament members, 518 PA members cast votes

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, March 9: A total of 831 votes were cast in the election of the President.
Of the total 831 votes, 313 votes were cast from the members of the Federal Parliament and 518 votes from the members of Provincial Assembly.
According to Amrita Kumari Sharma, Assistant Returning officer at the President and vice President Election Officer's Office, the voting has reached the final phase.
She said, "The election is concluded. The
ballot boxes are being sealed. A total of 831 votes were cast, where,
313 votes were from the members of the Federal Parliament and 518 votes were
from the members of the Provincial assembly."
