Kathmandu Valley witnesses rain after five months

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Feb. 26: The Kathmandu Valley witnessed moderate rainfall on Sunday afternoon after a five-month spell.
A Meteorologist of the Meteorological Forecasting Division Sanjeev Adhikari informed that precipitation began in Valley after five months.
After the Dashain Festival season last year on October 14, this was the first rain this winter.
According to MFD, along with the Kathmandu Valley, most of the hilly areas witnessed light rains on Sunday.
