Formal inauguration of permanent capital of Lumbini province (photo feature)

By Diwakar Pokhrel, Deukhuri, Dec. 14: Services of the Lumbini Province have started to operate from the permanent capital of Deukhuri in Rapti valley.

The formal operation of the services started along with the hoisting of the flag of the office of the Council of Ministers by Lumbini Province Chief Amik Sherchan on Wednesday.

In the ceremony held for the formal inauguration of the services, cultural programmes representatives of different communities in Lumbini were also showcased.
