By Amrit Prasad Paudel, Myagdi, Dec. 13: The construction of a suspension bridge that connects the mountainous district Myagdi's Beni Municipality-1 Ratne Chaur and Baglung Municipality's Kundule has been completed.
Though the construction has been completed, technical tests and handover of the bridge are remaining.
After the suspension bridge construction completion, a crowd of domestic tourists can be seen at the bridge.
Beni Municipality - 1, ward Chairman Tek Bahadur Thapa has said that with the construction of the bridge local people felt easy.
"After the construction of the suspension bridge, now one and half hours travel shortened to 10 minutes." He said.
He said that after the technical test report bridge will be handed over.
According to him, on the initiation of the Myagdi district the then-lawmaker Bhupendra Bahadur Thapa bridge was constructed at a cost of Rs 35 million.
