NC's Bhim Parajuli wins from Morang -4 'A'
By Hari Koirala, Urlabari, Nov.25: Nepali Congress candidate Bhim Parajuli has won in the Provincial Assembly (PA) election from Morang-4 'B' by receiving 11, 479 votes.
His opponent Jiwan Ghimire from CPN (UML) received 9,691 votes.
