Prime Minister Deuba leads in Dadeldhura

By Pushkar Bhandari, Dedeldhura, Nov. 21: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has taken a lead in the preliminary vote count in Dadeldhura.

Nepali Congress's President Deuba is the common candidate for the member of the House of Representatives (HoR) from the district.

Prime Minister Deuba has received 239 votes whereas his contender Congress BP's Karna Bahadur Malla has gained 141 votes. 

Similarly, the Independent Candidate, Sagar Dhakal obtained 97 votes.

The vote count was started in Dadeldhura On Monday afternoon. 

Chief Returning Officer Bal Krishna Wagle has informed that out of 91,201 voters in the district 51,660 votes were cast in the election.
