By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Nov. 2: A total of 59 new cases (RT-PCR and antigen tests combined) of COVID-19 have confirmed on Wednesday while 21 people recovered from COVID-19.
In 1,602 Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) tests done in the past 24 hours, a total of 46 people were found infected with SARS-CoV-2, informed the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) in its regular update on Wednesday.
Likewise, 13 people were found infected with the virus in 2,040 antigen tests performed in the last 24 hours.
Currently, there are 553 active cases of COVID-19 across the nation.
So far, Nepal's COVID-19 death toll has reached 12,019.
