Janakpurdham Sub-metropolitan City provides tractors to 11 wards

Janakpurdham, Oct. 22:  Janakpurdham Sub-Metropolitan City has handed over 11 tractors to its ward offices for waste management. The City handed over the tractors to 11 of its  25 wards. Mayor of Janakpurdham Sub-Metropolitan City Manoj Kumar Sah informed that the tractors were handed over to the wards so that they could use them to collect the city waste. 

He said, "In the first phase, we have provided the tractors to the ward offices from ward 1 to 11, while the rest of the wards have been managing waste by renting tractors." In view of the complaints that there is a problem in waste management in lack of equipment, the Sub-Metropolitan City has provided the tractors to the wards to collect the waste properly, he said.

In addition, Mayor Sah also said that more sanitation workers will be deployed for waste management in the city. The ward chairmen were happy after the Sub-Metropolitan City provided them with tractors for waste management.
