UML politburo member Dhungel dies after collapsing in bathroom
Kathmandu, Oct 8: CPN (UML) politburo member Bal Krishna Dhungel died today after collapsing in the bathroom at his residence in Kandaghari, Bhaktpur.
Chief of the District Police Range, Kathmandu, Senior Superintendent of Police, Bharat Bahadur Bohara, informed that the incident took place at around 11:30 am.
He was alone at home as the family members had left to visit relatives for the Dashain celebration. Police have reached the incident site.
Earlier, Dhungel was associated with the CPN (Maoist Centre). Later, he however joined the CPN (UML) camp after the party NCP split into two- the CPN (Maoist Centre) and the CPN UML. (RSS)
