Microbus veers off road, lands on Trishuli riverbank: 18 injured

By Shaligram Nepal, Chitwan, Aug. 1: 18 people have been injured when a microbus veered off the road and landed on the Trishuli riverbank at Bhorle of Narayangadh-Muglin road section on Monday afternoon. 

Out of 18, four are critically injured.

According to the Chitwan District Traffic Police Office, the microbus (Ba 3 Kha 8588) was heading towards Dhading from Narayangadh when it skidded off the road and landed on the Trishuli riverbank at the Narayanghat-Muglin road section's Bhorle of Bharatpur Metropolitan City - 29 around 4:15 pm. The office said that critically injured four are receiving treatment at the Old Medical College of Bharatpur. Except for the critically injured four, others' health condition is normal. 

According to the police, the identity of the injured is yet to be ascertained. The injured were rescued by the team deployed by the temporary police post in Jugedi.
