More than 4,000 girl students obtain 3.6 to 4GPA

By Dinesh Luitel, Kathmandu, July 27: A total of 4,352 girl students have received 3.6 to 4 GPA (Grade Point Average) in the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) of the year 2078.

Similarly, 5,281 boy students have obtained 3.6 to 4 GPA. The National Examination Board (NEB) made public the SEE result on Wednesday. 

This year 4,95,751 students SEE result has been made public. 

According to the Board, 3.6 to 4 GPA holder students number was 1.94 per cent. Similarly, 19,135 girl students obtained 3.2 to 3.6 GPA whereas 22,491 boy students received the same GPA. 

32,025 girls and 37,871 boy students have obtained 2.8 to 3.2 GPA. Similarly, 43,857 girl and 46,898 boy students have received 2.4 to 2.8 GPA. 

The number of GPA 2 to 2.4 holders girl students was 58,980 whereas 53,742 boy students obtained the same GPA. 

According to NEB, 1.6 to 2 GPA holders girl students were 53,823 whereas 46,767 boy students hold the same GPA. 

 23,380 girl and 21,204 boy students obtained 1.2 to 1.6 GPA.

The lowest 0.8 to 1.2 GPA holder girl students were 1,652 whereas boy students were 1,628. 

The NEB said that except for girl and boy students 25 other genders students also participated in the SEE examination.
