PM Deuba congratulates Australia's Prime Minister-elect Anthony
Kathmandu, May 24: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has congratulated Anthony Albanese on his appointment as the new Prime Minister of Australia.
Labour leader Albany, who defeated the ruling coalition in Saturday's election, was sworn in as Australia's 31st prime minister on Monday.
In his congratulatory message to the newly elected Prime Minister of Australia, Prime Minister Deuba said, "Congratulations Anthony Albanese on your election as Prime Minister of Australia. I look forward to working with you in further advancing Nepal-Australia's friendship and cooperation and strengthening our people-to-people ties."
