Online, Kathmandu, May 6: Chairman of the Rashtriya Janamorcha, a partner in the
ruling coalition, Chitra Bahadur KC has said that the collation has not yet
been fully successful.
KC said
so while addressing a joint election rally of the ruling parties in Kathmandu
today.
"Regressive
forces are still powerful in Nepal. We have not forgotten the recent painful situation
we had when the parliament was abruptly dissolved, the republic was attacked and
efforts were made to seize people's rights," he said.
KC said
his party stood against the leftist government that had a two-thirds majority
because that government went against the people's mandate and attacked the very
foundation of the republican setup.
Viewing
that politics was for people's services and not a profession for income, he
warned of the unfortunate fall of those who seek to turn politics into a profession
for generating hefty income.
