CIAA files case against five including chief administrative officer

By TRN Online, Mugu, May 4: The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has filed a case against five people including the chief administrative officer of Chhayanath Rara Municipality at the Special Court.

Pitambar Saru, the administrative officer, was sued for approving overstated details related to the construction of concrete stairs in ward 2 of the municipality.

Shyam Prasad Bhandari, the CIAA spokesperson, said that the case has been filed against the chief administrative officer, engineer Mahesh Singh Kathayat, sub-engineer Hasta Bahadur Malla,  user group chairperson Ram Maya Malla and Treasurer Ratnadevi Hamal.
