With the political consensus reached, the swearing-in of newly appointed Prime Minister Sushila Karki is scheduled to take place today. Her oath-taking is scheduled to take place at 9 PM today.
“We are saddened by the loss of lives and properties during GenZ demonstration launched on September 8 and 9. We pay tribute to those who lost their lives in course of agitation and express condolences to the bereaved family members,” reads the statement.
