Nepal Police providing free bus service to rescue stranded passengers at Tuinkhola
The Nepal Police has started a free bus service targeting passengers stranded due to the landslide over the past two days. According to District Police Office Chief Deputy Superintendent Govinda Puri, the bus service for passengers stranded by the landslide has been started since Tuesday. Two school buses belonging to the Police School Shantipur are being used for this purpose.

About 100 meters of the road had collapsed due to a landslide in Dablyang, Baglung Municipality-10. Equipment including dozers were used to open the road, which had been closed since mid-July.Information Officer and Engineer of the Infrastructure Development Office, Anil Bardeva, said thousands of citizens had to suffer when the road was closed for a long time. Deputy Mayor of Baglung Municipality, Raju Khadka, shared that more than Rs. 10 million has been spent on clearing landslides in this area for the past three years.
