Indra Bahadur Baniya has been elected Nepali Congress Bagmati Province Parliamentary Party Leader on Wednesday. Baniya defeated Chief Minister Bahadur Singh Lama by eight votes, gaining 22 in favour. Lama only secured 14 votes.
