Missing girl found buried after 48 days
A girl has been found buried after 48 days of missing from Parsa Rural Municipality of Sarlahi district on Friday.The deceased has been identified as 21-year-old Nisha Yadav, a resident of Ward No. 1 of Parsa. "Nisha's body was recovered from the field owned by her in-laws," said Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Bijay Yadav.

Road accidents claim 199 lives in 5 years in Kavre
Around 200 people died in various road accidents in Kavrepalanchowk district in the last five fiscal years. In all, 199 people were killed in the accidents from the fiscal year 2074/075 to 2078/079, according to the District Traffic Police Office. According to the office, 147 men, 35 women, 13 children and four girls were killed in the accidents in that period.

Poultry businesses from Banke district have requested the Chief District Officer (CDO) to take necessary steps and end rampant smuggling of chickens and chicks from India. The local businesses reached the District Administration Office and requested CDO Surya Bahadur Khatri to end the smuggling as chickens of Nepali farmers were not being bought by the suppliers and consumers.
