The Meteorological Forecasting Division has forecast rainfall across the country including Kathmandu for Thursday. According to the division, a disturbance originating from the western region has expanded nationwide, leading to anticipated light to moderate rainfall throughout. Pratibha Manandhar, a senior meteorologist at the Meteorological Forecasting Division, said that the system evolved in cloudy conditions nationwide on Wednesday and is expected to persist on Thursday. Manandhar added, “The system is expected to gradually diminish from Friday, but cloudy conditions will persist for a few more days.”
Sandhikharka Municipality of Arghakhanchi district and Bharatpur Metropolitan City of Chitwan have topped the list of performance based evaluation conducted by the National Natural Resources and Fiscal Commission (NNRFC).
