By TRN Online, Kathmandu, May 16. The four-day A-class National Kho Kho Training organized by the Nepal Kho Kho Association and Kathmandu Metropolitan City concluded today.
Altogether 50 coaches were trained at Mangal Multiple Campus under the leadership of international Kho Kho coach Prashant Jivajirao Pawar.
In a program organized after the training, Prof. Dr. Ramkrishna Maharjan was honoured for introducing the game of Kho Kho to Nepal, said Shankar Maharjan, General Secretary of the Kho Kho Association.
At the program, President Pradeep Maharjan claimed that this training can further improve Nepal's performance in the second World Cup Kho Kho Competition.
Earlier, both Nepali teams became runner-up in the first Kho Kho World Cup held in the Indian capital, New Delhi.
