President addresses federal parliament(Photo Feature)
By TRN Online, Kathamdnu, April 10: President Ramchandra Paudel has addressed the joint session of both houses of the Federal Parliament at the multi-purpose meeting hall of Singha Durbar-based Federal Parliament Building.
During the meeting, Prime Minister Balendra Shah presented a copy of the President's address to the President.
President Paudel addressed to the joint sitting of lower house and upper house of the Federal Parliament at the recommendation of the cabinet in accordance with Article 95 of the Constitution of Nepal.
