Three Universities agree on academic collaboration

Dodhara Chandani (Kanchanpur), April 9: A memorandum of understanding has been signed between three universities for academic collaboration.

A tripartite memorandum of understanding was signed between Tribhuvan University, Madhya Paschim University and Sudurpaschim University for study, research and academic collaboration. The MoU was signed at Sudurpaschim University in Mahendranagar on Wednesday, sahred the university's information officer, Nabin Bahadur Bam. 

Sudurpaschim University Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Hemraj Pant, Tribhuvan University Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Deepak Aryal and Madhya Paschim University Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Dhruv Kumar Gautam signed the memorandum of understanding at a program organized in the presence of University Grants Commission Chair Prof Dr Devraj Adhikari. 


At the program, Sudurpaschim University Registrar Prof Dr Binod Lekhak expressed confidence that the memorandum of understanding will prove to be a milestone in managing skilled human resources by filling the shortage of higher academic human resources through digital means. The three universities aim to institutionalize the exchange of educational resources, research, technology and experience.

In particular, programs such as joint class operation, research collaboration and shared use of professors will be carried out through the use of digital platforms. The collaboration is also expected to make a significant contribution to improving the quality of higher education, effective use of resources and the development of a modern technology-based education system.(RSS)
