Education Minister Pokharel for youth-friendly policy

Kathmandu, March 27: Minister for Education, Science and Technology, and for Youth and Sports, Sasmit Pokharel, has pledged to promote quality, inclusive and innovative education and youth-friendly policy.     

Pokharel, who also holds the responsibility of the government Spokesperson, wrote on a social media that he considers the given responsibility not just as an official capacity but as a duty to strengthen the education system, foster scientific thinking, build a technology-friendly society, empower youth and promote the national pride through sports.     

He pledged to contribute to producing skilled human resources capable of competing globally, promoting research and innovation and supporting nation- building through the effective use of technology. (RSS)
