Mustang Air chopper found to be safe

Kathmandu, March 27: A chopper of Mustang Air with the call sign 9N-ANO, which lost contact with the air traffic control from the Lapcha area of Dolakha district this afternoon, was found to be safe.     

According to the Managing Director of Mustang Air, Ronan Lamichhane, the chopper with five persons on board including Captain Suraj Thapa was found safe. It is said that the helicopter made a safe landing in the Lapcha area     

The Lapcha area in Dolakha district is in the southeast of Langtang National Park. Lamichhane shared that the helicopter will fly to Kathmandu only on Friday.(RSS)
