One killed in landslide, excavator operator goes missing
Trishuli (Nuwakot), March 25: A person died when a landslide buried him in course of road expansion at Shivapuri rural municipality-3 in Nuwakot district today afternoon.
The deceased has been identified as a local Phoollman Tamang, 35. He died on the spot after being buried by landslide in course of expansion of Maindan-Lapse road, said Deputy Superintendent of Police at the District Police Office, Bikram Lama.
Similarly, excavator operator Amrit Tamang, 24, of Lalitpur has gone missing in the incident and search for him was underway.(RSS)
