RSP candidate Bohara wins from Kanchanpur-2

Kanchanpur, March 7: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP)'s candidate Deepk Raj Bohara has won the House of Representatives (HoR) election from Kanchanpur Constituency-2 with a huge margin of votes.     

He received 33,952 votes, while his nearest contender Narayan Prakash Saud of the Nepali Congress received 10,827 votes.     

Similarly, candidate Bachan Bahadur Singh of the CPN (UML) got 6,418 votes, while candidate Madhav Prasad Pant of the Nepali Communist Party garnered 6,337 votes.     

Kanchanpur constituency-2 has a total of 109,574 registered voters, of which 64,881 votes were cast.(RSS)
