RSP candidate Khatry wins HoR polls from Bhaktapur-2

Bhaktapur, March 7: Rajib Khatry, the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) candidate from Bhaktapur-2, has won the House of Representatives (HoR) elections-2026.  

He achieved a landslide victory with 42,334 votes while his nearest competitor Mahesh Basnet of CPN (UML) got 11,096, according to District Election Office, Bhaktapur's information officer Bhim BC. 

Out of 98,356 voters, 72,761 votes were cast. (RSS)
