Kirtipur (Kathmandu), March 6: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) had led the vote counting under the House of Representatives (HoR) elections-2026 for Kathmandu-9.
RSP candidate Dol Prasad Aryal has secured 2,244, out of 4,234 counted so far, Election Officer Menuka Ghimire told the RSS.
Similarly, Nanu Bastola of the Nepali Congress has obtained 261 followed by 152 of Ajay Kranti from the CPN (UML). The vote counting is underway at the Balambu Municipality building.
In addition, RSP also leads the vote tally in Dang-1. Party candidate Devraj Pathak has secured 1,515 while Yogendra Chaudhary of the Nepali Congress has received 292, followed by 220 of UML's Rewati Raman Ghimire. (RSS)
