Foreign election observers visit polling stations
By TRN Online, Kathmandu, March 5: Foreign election
observers who arrived here to see the House of Representatives (HoR) election
have visited different voting stations for observation in the Kathmandu Valley.
Election commissioners of Russia, Bangladesh and Sri
Lanka accompanied by staff from Election Commission, Nepal visited different
polling centers and observed the voting process, management and security
situation.
Nepal invites foreign election observers for the
polls, according to the EC, while Nepali poll observers including from EC
participate in poll observation in other countries.
