NCP for powerful Dalit Development Authority: NCP Coordinator Prachanda

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Feb 24: Coordinator of the Nepali Communist Party (NCP) Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has emphasised on the need to establish a powerful Dalit Development Authority for the up-liftment of the dalit community.

Referring to the issue of dalit development authority as mentioned in the NCP election manifesto, coordinator Prachanda said that the dalit should have privilege in all organs of the state so that they are integrated into the society with dignity and their rights preserved.

The former Prime Minister said so today at a programme at the party office held to welcome political cadres and leaders who joined the NCP deserting the other parties, particularly the CPN (UML), in Dolakha district.

On the occasion, coordinator Prachanda pointed at the need for all leftist and revolutionary forces to be united in a single political party for the sake of the country.
