Chairperson Oli expresses grief over fatal Dhading bus accident

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Feb.23: Chairperson of the CPN (UML) KP Sharma Oli has expressed sorrow over the Dhading accident.

Taking to social media, Chair Oli paid tribute to those who lost their lives in the incident and extended condolences to their families.

He also wished a speedy recovery to those injured in the accident. A bus traveling from Pokhara to Kathmandu met with an accident last night at Benighat Rorang rural municipality along the Prithvi Highway, resulting in the deaths of 19 people. A large number of passengers have sustained injuries.

Expressing grief over the incident, Chair Oli said, “The news of a passenger bus traveling from Pokhara to Kathmandu meeting with an accident at midnight at  Benighat Rorang rural in Dhading along the Prithvi Highway, causing the death of 18 people, has deeply saddened me. I pay tribute to the passengers who lost their lives in the accident and express my heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families. I wish a speedy recovery to all the injured."
