106 parties apply to participate in HoR poll, application deadline extended by 4 days
By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Nov 26: As many as 106 political parties have
applied for getting registered for the election to the members of the House of
Representatives (HoR) scheduled for March 5.
Out of 134 registered in the Election Commission, 106 political parties
have submitted application for getting registered to take part in the HoR
election of March 5, said Suman Adhikari, EC spokesperson.
Today was supposed to be the last day for the political parties to register in EC for taking part in the HoR election slated for March 5, 2026. The EC, however, extended the deadline for the parties to get registered for HoR poll by four more days.
