Father dies after being beaten by son

By Bom Lal Giri, Nawalpur, Nov 26: Father died after being beaten by his son in Nawalpur.

District Police Office, Nawalpur, said that 60-year-old father Ram Bahadur BK died after being beaten by his 30-year-old son Santa Kumar of Jugepani, Hupsekot Rural Municipality -1, last night.

"A minor dispute between father and son led to a scuffle, which seriously injured Ram Bahadur. Later, he was taken to Madhyabindu District Hospital at Danda for treatment, but doctors declared him dead that night", said Deputy Superintendent of Police Madhu Nepal, Information Officer at the District Police Office.

Nepal said that the police have taken Santa Kumar under control and are investigating.

Santa Kumar beat his father, leading to injuries that ultimately led to the death of Ram Bahadur BK.
