Additional 12,658 new voters registered in Saptari

By Sudha Bhardha, Saptari, Nov 25: In Saptari district, 12,658 additional voters have been registered in the voter list till the November 21 for the election of the House of Representatives to be held in March 5.  

According to the District Election Office, Saptari, 6,658 males and 6000 females have been registered in the voter list out of the 12,658 the new additional voters. 

Information Officer of the District Election Office, Saptari, Malati Rai informed that 6,658 males and 6000 females have registered their name in voter list till November 21.

Chief of the Election Office of Saptari, Ramesh Joshi said that despite the date for the registration in voter list is expired, 4 to 5 persons visits the office on daily basis.  

The registration date was extended until November 21. 

In the Saptari district, 35 males and 14 females of the outer districts have registered their name in the voter list.
