Additional five thousand voters enlist in Dang

By Lila Dhar Oli, Ghorahi, Nov 21: Around 5 thousand voters have been registered in Dang for the election of the House of the Representatives to be held in March 5.

The Election Office has registered additional 5282 new voters in the duration of 26 September and 21 November. 

The Information Officer of the Province Election Office, Dang, Gehendra Kawar informed that out of the total 5282 new voters, 2917 are male and 2365 are female.

The new voters getting registered belong to young generation.

According to Kawar, 422 male and 201 female who have registered their name in voter list of Dang belong to the outer district. 

Also, more than 1300 voters have applied for making correction in the mistake in the voter list. 

According to Kawar, a total of 393 male and 611 female have applied for migration and 192 male and 91 female have applied for making correction of mistakes in voter list.
