By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Nov 19: The district administration has imposed curfew in Jeetpursimara Sub-Metropolitan City in Bara district from 12:30 to 8:00 pm today.
The curfew has been clamped following clashes between the youth activists of the political parties and Gen Z around the airport area, according to the curfew notice issued by the district administration.
All the flights from the Simara airport has been cancelled due to the curfew and possible clashes.
It is understood that the clashes erupted between the UML youths and the Gen Z. UML leaders were to fly to address party programmes in Bara.
