Kathmandu, Nov 13: The Kathmandu Metropolitan City has demolished structures constructed by Khadka Land Developer Pvt Ltd on Lainchour-based land belonging to Nepal Scouts.
The Nepal Scouts had, on November 6, issued a seven-day notice to the Khadka Land Developer to pay the arrears. The Nepal Scouts had requested the KMC to remove the structures after the company did not pay the dues till Wednesday.
Chief of Metropolitan Police Force, Raju Nath Pandey, told RSS that a team of the Metropolitan Police Force demolished the structures at the request of the Nepal Scouts. Different structures like party palace, restaurants constructed on Scouts' land had no blueprint maps approved by the municipal authority, he added. (RSS)
