Syangja DAO instructs not to issue long route tickets

By Radhakrishna Dumre, Waling (Syangja), Oct 4: District Administration Office Syangja has instructed ticket counters not to issue tickets for long routes.

Chief District Officer Ishwari Prasad Aryal informed that, considering the possible accidents due to incessant rains, a request has been made not to book tickets for the time being.

He said, "Vehicles going to Kathmandu have been stopped, and we have already asked counters not to issue tickets for other routes and those on risky routes." He suggested that travellers should check the weather and road conditions before travelling.

CDO Aryal informed that all 11 municipal chiefs in the district have been contacted and urged to be vigilant.
