Chure conservation programme to be restructured
By TRN Online, Kathmandu, May 2: The government will review the Master Plan for Chure conservation.
On Friday, President Paudel presented the Policy and Programmes for the fiscal year of 2025/2026, said that the Master Plan for Chure conservation will be reviewed.
The President Chure-Terai Madhesh Conservation Programme will be restructured and taken forward as the National Chure Conservation Project.
Attention will be paid to water conservation, soil erosion control, and restoration of degraded land through integrated watershed management.
