Father dead, son injured in Palpa bike accident

By Rekhiram Rana, Tansen, Apr.15: One died when a motorcycle met with an accident at Rai Danda, Baganaskali Rural Municipality-1, along the Siddhartha Highway.

The deceased have been identified as 41-year-old Padam Bahadur Darlami of Tansen-6.

Darlami died during a course of treatment at the United Mission Hospital Tansen (UMHT). 

The motorcycle (Lu 61 Pa 7636) heading from Ghorbanda in Baganaskali to Bartung, Tansen, suddenly reversed on an uphill slope and met with an accident.

Along with the motorbike driver, Darlami, his 18-year-old son, Mandeep, also sustained injuries in the accident.

Both of the injured were sent to the United Mission Hospital Tansen (UMHT) for treatment.

The hospital stated that the condition of the injured Mandeep Darlami is normal.
