Finance Minister Paudel urges to propose implementable plans

Kathmandu, March 27: The Finance Ministry has held discussions with the leadership and officials of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation regarding the annual budget for the upcoming fiscal year.     

During the discussion meeting, Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Paudel urged the officials to prioritize policy transformation rather than seeking a huge volume of the budget.     

He added that the budget allocation should be to ensure intergovernmental relations and partnership as well as the handover of programmes and projects of the federal government as per the role and responsibilities of the province and local governments.(RSS)
