By A Staff Reporter,Kathmandu, Mar. 20: Former Miss Nepal and actress Nikita Chandak is all set to work in an Indian film. She will be working on an upcoming film by renowned Indian director Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
Chandak shared a picture with Bhansali on Instagram, announcing her involvement in the Indian film industry.
She wrote, “I am extremely grateful and excited to be a small part of Sanjay Leela Bhansali Sir’s cinematic world. My first project in India couldn’t have been better than this.”
However, she has not revealed any details regarding the nature of the film or her role in it.
After actress Manisha Koirala, Nikita Chandak is the second Nepali artist to collaborate with popular Bollywood film director Bhansali.
Chandak entered the Nepali film industry with Sanglo.
Her latest film, Rajagunj, directed by Deepak Rauniyar, is currently in theatres, where she plays the role of Inspector Mamata Gupta.
